Tori Ciderfarm
We are Karmo and Veranika from Tori Cidery, located on the edge of Soomaa. Tori was founded in 2014 when we moved with our family from Tallinn to the countryside, to our grandparents’ farm.
Our Story
We aimed to start producing cider and wine from the raw materials we grew ourselves. We are involved in every step of our products’ journey, from propagating and grafting apple trees to the final production and bottling.
Our gardens are organically cultivated, and we believe that a clean environment and ecological raw materials are the keys to sustainable management and a holistic future.
Several of our products have won awards and received recognition both domestically and in international competitions.
As a testament to our successful organic production, we won the award for Estonia’s Best Organic Product in 2016 and achieved an honorable second place twice in the Estonia’s Best Organic Producer competition (in 2019 and 2022).
Apples
Today, the farm’s apple orchard covers nearly 10 hectares, and we are expanding it with various fruits suitable for the Nordic climate.

Excursions: To visit Tori Cider Salon, please arrange an appointment with us in advance.
Just a 30-minute drive from Pärnu, you’ll find Tori Cider Farm—the largest organic cider and wine farm in Estonia and likely in the Baltics as well. We craft cider and wine from berries and fruits primarily grown on our farm and sourced from the Soomaa region.
The doors of Tori Cider Farm are open to you, and we welcome you for a tour! During your visit, you’ll discover the secrets of cider and winemaking and enjoy a tasting of our award-winning products.

Our Ciders
Siider Semi-Dry
Cider, Semi-dry, Modern Style, Sparkling, 4.9% ABV, Contains sulphites
A semi-dry cider made from Estonian organic apple varieties—Ritika, Cortland, Liivika, and Talvenauding—fermented with wild yeast. It offers a fruity taste with natural sweetness and fine bubbles. The golden-yellow color has subtle greenish undertones, while the aroma is freshly appley with a hint of caramel. On the palate, it is light, friendly, and softly appley, with vibrant fruitiness and balanced acidity. An excellent companion to spicy Asian dishes and a variety of fruit-based desserts.
Best enjoyed chilled, between +6°C and +8°C.
Perry
Perry, Dry, Modern Style, Sparkling, 5.9% ABV, Contains sulphites
Perry is a Nordic drink fermented from real pear juice at extremely low temperatures. Naturally sweet, it is soft and buttery on the palate, complemented by the zesty acidity of quince. Enjoy chilled with creamy cheeses.
Best served between +6°C and +8°C.
JÄÄ Ice
Ice Cider, Sweet, Cryo-concentrated, Still, 11% ABV, Contains sulphites
Made from Tori Cidery´s orchard winter apples. Amber-colored, glossy, and creamy cider with a rich aroma featuring notes of overripe apples, caramel, toffee, vanilla, and toasted almonds. On the mid-palate, the richness is balanced by a bright acidity. Fermented from apple juice concentrated in the Estonian cold and aged for 18 months in French oak Calvados barrels.
Crafted using a method similar to the Solera system. Excellent as a digestif or paired with blue cheese, rich creamy desserts, chocolate, or Tosca cake.
Best enjoyed chilled, between +6°C and +8°C.
POPP
Fruit Cider, Sweet, Modern Style, Sparkling, 0.5% ABV, Sulphite-Free
Popp is a 100% juice, naturally fermented product. No concentrate, artificial preservatives, or colorings have been added. Non-alcoholic apple cider is made from Estonian organic apple juice and a generous splash of natural pineapple juice, it is bright yellow in color with a slight greenish undertone and a slight bubble. The first sip reveals subtle tropical fruit notes, followed by ripe pineapple and fresh apple on the mid-palate. Its relatively strong acidity balances the natural cider sweetness beautifully. Sediment may appear at the bottom of the bottle. Perfect with pizza, snacks, fruit desserts, or soft cheeses, and also great for mixing into cocktails. Contains only natural sugars.
